village between the age group of 5 to 12 The HM used to go to the student
years and the population was about 4500.
This includes the population of the
surrounding villages also. The majority of
the villagers are small farm holders or the
daily labours leave their house by 8.30 and
come back home by 5.30 pm. Yet they
made their children join in the private
school bearing all the school fee and
transportation fee as well.
Vision & Mission
"The vision of the school is to cater
to all the needs of the children in the vil-
lage academically and improve their stan-
dards of living by providing quality edu-
cation".
"The mission is to make sure that the
teachers are spending necessary teachers
hours in the school so that the students
would also feel invested in their process
of learning".

The HM had to take some extra pain
out of his comforts so that he can reach
the parents of the community also in the
village.

houses by 6 am in the morning as they
would be leaving the house by 8 am. So
he has to speak to them and ask them to
send their kids to the school. Initially they
were happy and everything went well but
in reality the students still didn't turn up.
But he never left his grit of getting kids to
the school. He was persuaded with his
purpose.
After making a thorough brain
storming, he found out a way of getting
admission into the school by inviting
parents to the Independence Day function
as he wants to celebrate it as a festival.
Almost 200 villagers walked into the
celebrations that gave him an opportunity
to ask parents to join their children in the
school. To his surprise the villagers started
giving reasons of why they aren't joining
their kids in the school but sending them
to private school even though it is very
tough and expensive for them. The
reasons are related to teacher presence in
the school hours, irregularity of the
teachers and other improper functioning
of school. The HM realized that the
mistake is within the school but not
outside of it.
Once the interaction with parents was
completed, HM had a meeting with the
teachers and discussed on the issues or
concerns that the villagers raised or
complained about. With the constant
motivation and continuous persuasion the
teachers agreed to work seriously and
